JM BRAND COMPANY

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how JM Brand Company handles personal information through this website and related inquiries, calls, emails, and project communications. Questions can be sent to julie@jmbrandco.com or discussed at 720.957.7335.

Information you provide

The contact form asks for your name, phone number, email address, company name, and website. You may also send an optional note. Please do not include passwords, payment details, government identification, or other sensitive information. If you contact us directly, your correspondence may also contain information you choose to share.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to respond, discuss your project, prepare a quote, and communicate about requested services. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing text messages. Any separate marketing program will need its own notice and appropriate choices.

Service providers and sharing

Our form sends your entries to FormSubmit, which processes them and delivers them to our business email inbox. Our email provider and website hosting provider also support these communications and site delivery. Providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and security logs. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud or security incidents.

See FormSubmit’s privacy information. Its processing, cookies, and security checks are governed by its own practices. The form may send you to a third-party verification or confirmation page.

Google Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand website visits and improve the site. It can process cookie identifiers, page visits, browser and device details, approximate location derived from technical information, and visit timing. Information is sent to Google. We do not send contact-form entries to Analytics. We remove query strings and fragments from the page address supplied by our tracking code, and do not enable Google advertising personalization or Google Signals in that code.

Meta Pixel

With your advertising-cookie permission, we use Meta Pixel to measure visits and advertising performance and build advertising audiences. It sends page-view information, page addresses, cookie identifiers, and browser, device and connection information to Meta. Meta may associate this activity with your Meta account and use it under its own privacy policy. We do not send contact-form entries through the pixel or enable automatic advanced matching. See Meta’s privacy policy.

Advertising and customer lists

With your permission, Meta Pixel supports targeted advertising, including reaching people who have visited this site. This involves sharing the browser and visit information described above with Meta for advertising purposes. Privacy laws may treat certain advertising-related exchanges as a sale of personal data even when no money changes hands. Use Your privacy choices to turn this website advertising off.

We do not currently upload JM customer or lead contact lists to Google or Meta for advertising. If we introduce that practice, we will update this notice and provide the notices, choices, and consent required before using information for that purpose. Browser cookie controls apply to website tracking; they do not remove information already shared or control a separate customer-list program. Contact us about information previously collected.

Your cookie choices

Analytics and advertising tracking are off until you accept them. You can accept, reject, or choose each category in the banner and change your choice through Your privacy choices in the footer. A Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal turns advertising tracking off. We save that advertising opt-out in this browser, including when the signal is no longer present, until you make a new affirmative advertising choice. Advertising cannot be enabled through our controls while GPC is active. Other cookie choices are remembered for up to 180 days. Clearing browser storage, blocking storage, or using another browser can remove or separate these preferences; keep GPC enabled to communicate your choice on future visits. Declining optional tracking does not prevent you from using the site or contacting us.

Withdrawing consent stops future collection by the relevant tracker on this site and removes its accessible first-party cookies. It does not recall information already sent to Google or Meta. Browser settings can also remove cookies. For more information, see Google’s privacy policy and Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Fonts and external services

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which creates a connection to Google and can disclose technical request information. FormSubmit and its verification services may use cookies or similar technology. External social-media links take you to services with their own privacy policies. See Google’s privacy policy. Browser settings can limit cookies, although this may affect third-party features.

Retention and security

Inquiry and project records are intended to be kept only as needed for correspondence, providing services, and applicable legal or accounting obligations. The appropriate period depends on the type of record and the relationship. Requests to delete information can be sent to the email address above; some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or legitimate recordkeeping. No website, email service, or transmission method can guarantee complete security.

Your privacy rights and requests

Depending on the law that applies, you may request confirmation of processing, access to your personal data, correction, deletion, or a portable copy. You may also have rights to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and certain profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. These rights are subject to applicable exceptions. We do not use this website’s tracking to make eligibility decisions about employment, credit, housing, or similar matters.

To make a request, email julie@jmbrandco.com, call 720.957.7335, or write to JM Brand Company, 200 South Wilcox Street, PMB 501, Castle Rock, CO 80104. Tell us what you are requesting and how we can contact you. You do not need an account. Please do not send passwords or sensitive identification documents by ordinary email. Contact us if you need this notice or the request process in an accessible format.

For requests requiring verification, we may compare details with our existing records or ask for the minimum additional information reasonably needed. An authorized agent may submit an opt-out request using the same contact methods and provide evidence of their authority; we may ask for confirmation where permitted. Website advertising opt-outs and GPC do not require identification or an account. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Colorado requests and appeals

Where the Colorado Privacy Act applies, we respond to rights requests within 45 days. If a permitted extension is needed, we notify you within that period and explain the reason; the extension may be up to 45 additional days. If we decline a request, we explain why and how to appeal.

To appeal a decision, reply to our response or use the email, phone, or mailing address above and explain that you want to appeal a privacy decision. Where the Colorado Privacy Act applies, we respond to an appeal within 45 days, with a written explanation. If reasonably necessary, that period may be extended by up to 60 additional days, with notice and reasons during the initial 45 days. You may raise concerns with the Colorado Attorney General.

Updates

We will update this page when our practices change. For material changes, we will provide notice through the website or a communication channel we normally use with you, and obtain new consent where required before a new use. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
